We collect personal data that you actively provide to us when contacting us or placing an order, as well as data generated automatically when you visit our website.

- Name — to identify you for ordering and delivery purposes

- Phone number — for contact regarding delivery matters
- Delivery address — to deliver your order
- Payment details — to process the transaction (we never store full card numbers)

3. Purposes and legal basis

- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to process your order, manage delivery, communicate about order status, and handle returns and complaints.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — to comply with accounting and tax legislation under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (SFS 1999:1078).
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to improve our website and user experience, analyse visitor statistics, prevent fraud and protect our rights.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — to send marketing communications and newsletters (if you have actively opted in), and to use non-essential cookies.

5. Third parties and data processors
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share data with the following recipients when necessary to fulfil your purchase:
- Snipcart Inc. (1-5030 Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel, Quebec, Canada) — shopping cart and order functionality. Snipcart is covered by the EU adequacy decision for Canada and by a data processing agreement.
- Stripe, Inc. (Stripe Technology Europe Ltd, Dublin, Ireland) — payment processing. European payments are processed via Stripe Technology Europe. Transfers to the US are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Delivery and shipping companies — name and address to deliver your order
- IT service providers — web hosting and email services necessary for our operations
- Authorities — when required by law (e.g. the Swedish Tax Agency)
All recipients who process personal data on our behalf do so under data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA without ensuring an adequate level of protection (via adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention period
We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose of processing:
- Order data — retained during the contract period and thereafter in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act's requirement of 7 years' archiving (SFS 1999:1078, Chapter 7, Section 2).
- Complaints — retained for 3 years from the delivery date (the complaint period under the Consumer Sales Act).
- Communication — emails and messages are retained for up to 24 months after last contact.
- Cookies — see information about each cookie's duration in section 4.
When the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15) — you have the right to receive confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, to access that data.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — you have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data supplemented.
