Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area
We deliver throughout the EU. For deliveries outside Sweden, longer delivery times and different shipping costs may apply — the shipping cost is displayed at checkout based on your delivery country.
2. Shipping costs
- Orders under SEK 500: SEK 49 shipping fee
- Orders of SEK 500 or more: Free shipping
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices include VAT (25%).
3. Delivery times
Standard delivery time is 5–15 business days depending on the product and stock availability. Most products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
For certain pre-order products or items imported directly, longer delivery times may apply. In such cases, we will inform you of the expected delivery time before you complete your purchase.
We will send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping carriers
Delivery is handled by established shipping companies or postal services. We select the transport method based on the product's size and weight to ensure safe delivery.
5. Risk during transit
We bear the risk of loss or damage during transit until you, as the consumer, have received the goods in your possession, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 2022:260, Chapter 5, Section 2).
If you discover transport damage upon receipt, please photograph the packaging and the damage and contact us immediately at [email protected].
6. Delayed delivery
If delivery is significantly delayed beyond what was agreed, you as a consumer have the right to:
- Demand that we fulfil the purchase (deliver the goods)
- Cancel the purchase after giving us a reasonable additional period to deliver
- Claim compensation for any loss caused by the delay
We will proactively contact you if a delivery delay occurs and offer solutions.
7. Non-delivery
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time plus 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier. If the goods cannot be traced or are deemed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect address information.
Changes to the delivery address can be made by contacting us before the goods have been dispatched.
