1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through EV Mods Sweden (hereinafter "we", "us" or "the seller"). We sell premium accessories for Xpeng electric vehicles, primarily serving customers in Sweden and Europe.

By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms comply with Swedish consumer legislation, including the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59, Distansavtalslagen) and the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 2022:260, Konsumentköplagen), as well as applicable EU consumer protection directives.
2. Orders and agreements
Orders are placed via our webshop at evmodssweden.se. Select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart and complete the payment through our payment solution Snipcart/Stripe. You may also contact us directly via email ([email protected]) or via the live chat on our website.
A binding purchase agreement is formed when you have completed the payment and received an order confirmation by email. The confirmation will specify the ordered products, the total price including VAT, delivery method and payment information.
We reserve the right to decline an order in case of obvious pricing errors or if a product is out of stock.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on our website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%). Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed through our secure payment solution powered by Snipcart with Stripe as the payment processor. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Already confirmed orders are not affected by price changes.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout the EU. Delivery times vary depending on the product and stock availability — typically 5–15 business days. For some pre-order products, longer delivery times may apply, which will be communicated in advance.
Shipping cost: SEK 49 for orders under SEK 500. Free shipping on orders of SEK 500 or more.
Delivery is handled by shipping companies or postal services. We bear the risk of loss or damage during transit until you, as the consumer, have received the goods, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 2022:260, Chapter 5, Section 2).
If delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase after giving us a reasonable additional period to deliver.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59), which implements EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods (or the last partial delivery).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email to [email protected]). You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency, but this is not mandatory.
The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:
- The goods must be returned in substantially unchanged condition, in original packaging where possible.
- You have the right to inspect the goods in the same manner as you would in a physical store, but you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will refund the amount you paid (including any standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return shipment.
6. Complaints and warranty
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 2022:260), you have the right to complain about a product that is defective, i.e. does not conform with what was agreed or what you could reasonably expect.
You have the right to complain within three (3) years from the date you received the goods. If you complain within six (6) months of delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless we can demonstrate otherwise (reversed burden of proof per Chapter 4, Section 18 of the Consumer Sales Act).
For justified complaints, you may in the first instance receive:
- Repair — we rectify the defect
- Replacement — you receive a new, defect-free product
- Price reduction — if repair or replacement is not possible
- Cancellation — for significant defects
To file a complaint, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the defect, preferably with photos. We typically respond within 48 hours.
7. Returns
To return a product:
- Contact us via email to notify us of your withdrawal or complaint and receive return instructions.
- Package the goods securely in original packaging or equivalent.
- Ship the goods to the return address we provide.
- Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.
For complaints, we cover the return shipping costs. For withdrawals under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Personal data and data processors
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our privacy policy. Read more about how we handle your data in our privacy policy.
We use the following data processors to fulfil your purchase:
- Snipcart Inc. — shopping cart and order functionality (Quebec, Canada; EU adequacy decision for Canada)
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (Stripe Technology Europe Ltd, Dublin, Ireland; transfers to the US via EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
These providers process personal data solely to fulfil your purchase and are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with GDPR Art. 28.
9. Dispute resolution
We always strive to resolve any disputes directly with you. If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer may turn to:
- The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)
Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden
www.arn.se
ARN reviews disputes where the value of the goods exceeds SEK 500. ARN's decisions are recommendations that we commit to follow. - EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR)
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases, and disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.
